WHAT BITDRAGONS IS

BitDragons is a platform for purchasing unique, AI-generated digital art inscribed as Bitcoin Ordinals. Each dragon is a one-of-a-kind digital collectible created by artificial intelligence. It is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or security.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to transact in cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.

HOW IT WORKS

You select a tier (price level), provide a Bitcoin Taproot wallet address, and pay in Bitcoin on-chain. An AI generates a unique dragon artwork based on your chosen tier. The artwork varies in artistic detail — higher tiers produce more elaborate results. The finished artwork is permanently inscribed as an Ordinal directly to your wallet.

Each piece is unique. Artistic quality varies by tier and creative outcome. You are purchasing original AI-generated digital art, delivered as a Bitcoin Ordinal inscription.

PAYMENTS

All payments are made in Bitcoin (BTC) directly on the blockchain. Prices are displayed in USD with the equivalent in satoshis based on the current BTC exchange rate. Once confirmed on-chain, your payment is final and cannot be reversed. No refunds are possible — this is inherent to Bitcoin transactions. DELIVERY & INSCRIPTION

Your dragon is inscribed as an Ordinal directly to the Taproot wallet address you provide. Inscription typically takes 1–48 hours depending on Bitcoin network conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by network congestion.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid Taproot wallet address that supports Ordinals (e.g. Xverse, Leather, Unisat). We cannot recover inscriptions sent to incorrect or unsupported addresses.

OWNERSHIP

Once inscribed, each dragon belongs to whoever holds the wallet containing it. The artwork is permanently stored on the Bitcoin blockchain. It is yours to keep, display, or gift. We do not retain custody of your artwork at any time.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

BitDragons offers a referral program that pays 10% of the purchase price in Bitcoin for successful referrals. A referral commission is earned when a new customer completes a purchase using your referral code and the inscription is successfully delivered. Payouts are processed automatically via Bitcoin when the minimum threshold is met.

Rules:

  • Self-referrals (using your own referral code for your own purchase) are not permitted
  • Creating multiple accounts or wallets to exploit the referral system is prohibited
  • Automated, bot-driven, or fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of earnings
  • We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending manual review for unusual activity
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time

Disclosure requirement: If you promote BitDragons in exchange for referral commissions, you must clearly disclose your referral relationship to your audience. This is required by consumer protection laws in many jurisdictions.

Referral participants must not be residents of any restricted jurisdiction listed in these Terms. Referral payouts are processed in Bitcoin and are subject to the same jurisdictional restrictions as the main service. By participating in the referral program, you confirm that receiving Bitcoin payments is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations.

NO GUARANTEES

BitDragons are digital collectibles. Their value, if any, is determined by the market. We make no promises regarding future value, resale potential, or appreciation. Do not spend more than you can afford.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitdragons Labs (in formation) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to loss of funds, failed transactions, or wallet errors.

RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS

BitDragons is not intended for, marketed to, or available to residents of the following jurisdictions:

  • United Kingdom
  • Belgium
  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Russia
  • Cuba
  • Syria
  • Crimea region

By using this service, you confirm that you are not a resident of any restricted jurisdiction and that your use of BitDragons complies with the laws of your country of residence.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zug, Switzerland.

Privacy Policy

DATA WE COLLECT

We collect and store the following data:

  • Bitcoin Taproot wallet address (required for delivery)
  • X (Twitter) handle (optional, for leaderboard and collection display)
  • IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not stored long-term)
  • Name and email address (only for referral program participants)
  • Access key hash (for referral earnings and profile protection, stored as irreversible SHA-256 hash)

We do not collect real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or government IDs from buyers. No account creation is required.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Deliver your dragon inscription to the correct wallet
  • Display your X handle on the leaderboard (if provided)
  • Process referral payouts
  • Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following services to operate BitDragons:

  • OrdinalsBot — processes Bitcoin payments and inscriptions
  • fal.ai — generates dragon artwork via AI
  • Blockstream / Mempool.space — public Bitcoin blockchain APIs for transaction broadcasting
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Vercel — website hosting

Your wallet address is shared with OrdinalsBot to process your inscription and with public blockchain APIs (Blockstream, Mempool.space) for transaction processing. No other personal data is shared with third parties.

COOKIES

We use a single functional cookie for site access. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

DATA RETENTION

Transaction records (wallet address, tier, dragon number) are retained indefinitely as they correspond to permanent blockchain inscriptions. IP addresses used for rate limiting are not stored beyond the active session.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request deletion of your optional data (X handle, referral information) by contacting us at hello​@​bitdragons​.​io. Transaction records linked to blockchain inscriptions cannot be deleted as the inscriptions themselves are permanent.
