BitDragons are digital collectibles inscribed on the Bitcoin blockchain. They are not financial products, securities, or investment vehicles. Please read the following risk disclosures carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. BitDragons are digital art collectibles. We make no representations regarding future value, resale potential, or price appreciation. Do not purchase BitDragons with the expectation of financial return.
IRREVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS
All payments are made in Bitcoin on the blockchain. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, not a policy choice. Please ensure your payment details and wallet address are correct before confirming.
RARITY IS RANDOM
Each dragon's rarity is determined randomly based on the probability distribution of the selected tier. These probabilities are transparently displayed on our website. Higher-priced tiers offer better odds for rarer outcomes, but no specific rarity is guaranteed. Every purchase involves an element of chance in determining the artistic outcome.
WALLET RESPONSIBILITY
Your dragon is inscribed directly to the Bitcoin Taproot wallet address you provide. It is your sole responsibility to provide a valid Taproot address that supports Ordinals (e.g. Xverse, Leather, Unisat). We cannot recover inscriptions sent to incorrect, incompatible, or inaccessible wallet addresses.
BLOCKCHAIN RISKS
Bitcoin Ordinals depend on the continued operation of the Bitcoin network. While Bitcoin has operated continuously since 2009, blockchain technology carries inherent risks including but not limited to: network congestion, fee volatility, protocol changes, and potential regulatory developments. Inscription delivery times vary depending on network conditions and may take up to 48 hours.
THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES
BitDragons relies on third-party services including OrdinalsBot (inscription processing), fal.ai (image generation), and Supabase (data storage). While we select reliable providers, temporary service disruptions may affect order processing. We will make reasonable efforts to complete all paid orders, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
DIGITAL ASSET RISKS
Digital collectibles may lose all perceived value. Markets for digital assets are volatile and largely unregulated. There is no guarantee that secondary markets for BitDragons will exist or remain active. You should only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.
REGULATORY UNCERTAINTY
The regulatory landscape for digital assets and blockchain technology is evolving. Future laws or regulations in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to hold, transfer, or use digital collectibles. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
NO CUSTODY
BitDragons does not hold custody of your assets at any time. Your dragon is inscribed directly to your wallet. We do not have access to your wallet, your private keys, or your inscriptions after delivery. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and its contents.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old to use BitDragons. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept all risks described on this page.
